The package consists of a small jar file containing all Java classes AND the native windows dll's (~30 kb !).
To use the package simply copy the jar file in your classpath and that's it. The native dll's will be extracted at first use automatically. The dll's will be extracted in the bin directory of the used Java enviroment.
Win32 for Java was developed for JDK 1.4.
